I am honored to be part of a community that is as thriving and wonderful as Prosper.  I am originally from Dallas and attended The University of North Texas where I have two bachelor’s degrees.  I graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and subsequently received a Bachelor of Science in 2011.  I currently reside in Frisco, TX with my husband Eric, our two children Ryan (22) and Elizabeth (18), and our little dachshund, Ruby, who keeps the entire family entertained!  Both of my children will be graduating this year, Ryan from The University of Texas Dallas and Elizabeth from Reedy High School this year.  I enjoy reading and the outdoors, especially the beach.  Ruby loves running in the sand and barking at the water!

Prior to working at the foundation, I spent the last 15 years working with children of all ages, from preschool to high school seniors, through my positions at Apple Creek Private Preschool and Frisco ISD.  I’ve learned a great deal about the education system and the needs of not only the students but also the teachers.  Through this experience I’ve developed a passion about education and the opportunity to work for PEF has been.  I enjoy helping teachers and students reach their full potential in whatever capacity that might be.  As an educator for many years, I am thankful to have the opportunity to serve the Prosper ISD community.
