Josh Brown

Vice President of Finance & Governance

I serve as Vice President for Huckabee, an educational architecture firm that serves Texas schools. I started with Huckabee more than 15 years ago as a young intern architect and Prosper ISD was one of the first clients I had the privilege to work with. Since then, I’ve seen PISD achieve incredible things, and it’s been an honor to play a role in their growth. I even had the great pleasure to see my son start Kindergarten in a Prosper ISD school I designed!

Over the years, I’ve developed a great deal of esteem for Texas public schools and for the individuals who commit their lives to the betterment of students. Prosper is an enriching and close-knit community, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve my fellow families as a member of the Education Foundation.

In addition to being a proud parent of a Cockrell Champion, I am also a proud Red Raider. I graduated with my masters from the Texas Tech College of Architecture in 2003 and earned my AIA designation (as a registered architect) in the following years. I’ve since had the opportunity to sit on the Texas Tech College of Architecture Advisory Committee, participate as a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, to present on topics related to the industry, and to introduce architecture to young people through Huckabee‘s Next Generation Design Institute.
