Dr. Carrie Williamson

Executive Director of Prosper Education Foundation

Carrie Williamson has spent over 20 years in public education, leading with energy, vision, and a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact. Born and raised in Richardson, Texas, she holds a Doctorate in Education and Administration and is passionate about creating opportunities that elevate both students and educators.

Carrie is known for her bold leadership style and her ability to connect people, ideas, and resources to get things done. She thrives on building strong relationships and turning big ideas into action, always keeping the focus on what matters most, students and community.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys long walks, competitive rounds of mahjong, and diving into true crime stories. She is the proud owner of two dogs who keep life fun, busy, and always entertaining. And while she claims to love reading, she will admit it depends on the book.

Carrie believes that when strong relationships meet clear vision, real impact happens.

Michelle Farris

Operations Coordinator

Michelle Farris serves as the Operations Coordinator and brings both creativity and heart to everything she does. A proud Pacific Northwest native, she made her way from Oregon to Texas to attend Baylor University, Sic ’em! With a background in fine arts and graphic design, Michelle has a natural eye for detail and a knack for making things both functional and beautiful.

Michelle married her college sweetheart in the fall of 1999, and together they’ve raised three amazing kids. Her two sons attend Oklahoma State University, her oldest graduating this year. Her daughter is a senior in Prosper ISD, keeping life full and just the right amount of busy. When they’re not on the go, the family enjoys traveling and spending time at home with their two dogs and one very spoiled cat.

Outside of work, Michelle leans into her self-proclaimed “cottage core hobbies.” You’ll often find her sewing, cooking, or working in her craft room while a good crime show plays in the background. She combines creativity with a love of cozy comforts and never passes up a good mystery.

Courtney Chamblee

Director of Development and Marketing

Courtney Chamblee serves as Director of Development and Marketing, bringing creativity, heart, and a sharp eye for connection to everything she does. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, she’s spent her career blending strategy with style whether in storytelling, fundraising, or building community relationships.

Courtney and her husband, Lane, have been married for 20 years and are proud parents of two daughters. These days, you’ll find them navigating the exciting transition years… one daughter is a freshman at Stephen F. Austin, and the other is a senior at Prosper High School.

Outside of work, Courtney is happiest with a good book, a spot in the sunshine, and a crispy diet coke in hand. She loves time with family, cheering on her youngest at lacrosse games, and tagging along with her oldest in search of charming shops and new adventures.
