Jana Thomson is the 19th Namesake for Prosper ISD. Jana L Thomson Elementary school will open in Legacy Gardens in 2025.

Recently, at the June Prosper ISD Board Meeting, long time Prosper Education Foundation Board Member, Jana Thomson was honored. Jana spent 32 years in education with 18 of those years in PISD and served in many roles, including serving as trustee for 6 years on the school board.
