Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

PEF provides $12,000 in annual funding for Special Olympics and the Family Resource Center.
Special Olympics allows students the opportunity for physical fitness, building courage and experiencing joy by participating in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other students and the community.
