Elizabeth Johnston

Executive Director

It is my great joy and honor to use my gifts in service to the Prosper Education Foundation! My family and I have lived in Prosper for over 13 years and I have two children currently students within the district.  Our family is Prosper proud, and having a part in strengthening the students, staff and schools of our ever- growing town is thrilling to me.

Prior to joining Prosper Education Foundation, I worked for the non-profit agency Habitat for Humanity of Collin County for 5 rewarding years.  While there, I served as Development and Marketing Manager. Before that, I spent 10 years gaining corporate marketing experience in technology industries, and then enjoyed 10 years at home raising my family.

Throughout my career, I have been blessed with open doors that have directed me down a path that now allows me to use my gifts and talents to benefit others. What a rewarding privilege! I am energized by inviting others to enter into solving community needs by donating funds, volunteering and advocating, and I look forward to this next chapter of life and all the opportunities which it holds.
